1. Terms and condition
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governs the use of the services ("Service") that are made available by DIRF. These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between DIRF and the individual or entity who avail our service Delivery and shipping policy.

The Terms and Conditions ensure the prompt services by us to the customers. The terms and services are applied only to the customers who paid registration and other service fees to us.

2. Privacy policy
This privacy policy outlines how we make use of the information you submit to us. Please note that this privacy policy does not apply to any information you provide to third parties in connection with our services. 
DIRF reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. To protect your interests, please visit this page periodically to review the current terms of our privacy policy.

We also ensure that we protect the privacy of our customers. The information you provide to us will be secured and will not be shared with any one in any circumstances. The data and information you provide to us will be used ONLY by us to offer our services to you.

3. Statements of its practices and policies;
The Digital Information Research Foundation is scientific society registered in India. It is involved in research, projects, publication and service to the community with the purpose of education and research. It offers several services to the academic and research community.

3.1 Type of personal or sensitive personal data or information collected
The DIRF involves only in academic research and the Foundation is not involved in the collection of personal and sensitive information of individuals or people or society.

3.2 Purpose of collection and usage of such information;
Personal and sensitive information is not collected by us.

3.3 Disclosure of information including sensitive personal data or information;
We do not collect or store or forward or disclose and personal or sensitive information of people.

3.4 Reasonable security practices and procedures
Our web pages are reasonable secured and protected. We employ anti-spamming and prevent hacking activities.

4. Refund Policy
The DIRF may terminate the Service under the following circumstances (non-exclusive list):

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Breach of any term or condition of the Agreement
  • Your use of the Service disrupts DIRF business operations or affects any other party

Online registration & Product/service details with pricing structure
The information about the products and services are given under appropriate products.

If the services we have committed in the Section 6 are not provided we will refune

If the event we organize is cancelled we will refund the fees 100% without any deduction. If we cancel the event within 20 days before the event, we can also provide compensation to your initial expenses for the event participation. This compensation will be not more than 30% of the registration fee you have paid. This compensation fees will be given by us together with the 100% refund. Hence, your payment of registration fees is completely protected and secured.

5. Delivery and Shipping policy with logistic partner name and TAT
The delivery and shipping are effected within 30days of the submission of fees by the participants. The maximum turn around time is 60 days.

6. Prices
Registration fees include the registration kit, coffee breaks, welcome reception, the conference proceedings and the conference banquet.
6.1 Note

  • The Proceedings will be available only in electronic format (USB).
  • The first author in the paper pays a full registration fee, while the second and subsequent pays a "Co-Author" fee. If the first author is not able to attend the conference, the second author or subsequent author has to pay a full registration fee (not "Co-Author" fee).
  • In a paper with more than one author, both authors cannot register as "Co-Authors".
  • The student rate is only applicable if the first author is a student.
  • A Co-Author cannot and should not register as an "Accompanying person (without kit)". An "Accompanying person" does not submit or be part of the Co-Authors of a paper.


6.2 Methods of payment

 All major credit cards will be accepted for conference registration fee. The card types inclusion or exclusion may change depends on the Payment Gateway system.
6.3 Cancellation Policy
 If the registered participants cancel their registration, they can do so by selecting the option cancellation in the registration system.

6.4 Further Note
1. Any cancellation after your registration will incur 10% to 15% of the fees you have paid to us as administrative charges.
2. No cancellation will be allowed within seven days of the event.
